Your Fitness: The Cure for a Flat Butt (A Move Every Office Worker Should Do!)

Do you do a lot of sitting during your work week? Anyone who works at a computer can say yes to that (unless, that is, you have a treadmill desk!). One of the things I worry about when sitting all day is the flat-butt effect. Keep that backside toned by getting down on the floor and doing a few sets of these each day. Really, it will help...

Want to tone up that rear? Join me in doing a series of exercises by the fab Jackie Warner, which I found over at Fitness recently. This one, called the "Donkey Kick" really works your glutes and combats the flat butt effect. (Click here for a bunch more moves to work that behind!)

Here's how to do it:

*Get on all fours on mat (hands under shoulders, knees under hips).

*Keeping right knee bent 90 degrees, flex right foot and lift knee to hip level.

*Lower knee without touching floor; lift again. Do 15 reps.

*Switch legs; repeat.

Do you work in butt-toning moves into your day like this one, especially if you're sedentary (for work reasons) most of the day?
