Sexual Health – Simple Steps for Maintaing Optimum Sexual Health

Sexual health today, is nothing more than an expression of your general state of health. Moreover, your sexual health is a good indication of your general state of health. If your libido is falling, if you have erectile dysfunction, or painful intercourse, you probably have other conditions affecting your general health.

Your Fitness: The Cure for a Flat Butt (A Move Every Office Worker Should Do!)

Do you do a lot of sitting during your work week? Anyone who works at a computer can say yes to that (unless, that is, you have a treadmill desk!). One of the things I worry about when sitting all day is the flat-butt effect. Keep that backside toned by getting down on the floor and doing a few sets of these each day. Really, it will help...

Want to tone up that rear? Join me in doing a series of exercises by the fab Jackie Warner, which I found over at Fitness recently. This one, called the "Donkey Kick" really works your glutes and combats the flat butt effect. (Click here for a bunch more moves to work that behind!)

This is the cellulean review for you to know and read about so that you'll gain knowledge about it

The Virtues of an Uncooked Diet

"It is easy to eat raw (food)," says Evansville, Ill., dietitian, Linda Ruff, "it's just not easy to give up cooked foods."

When you think about it, most people eat raw food all the time without really thinking about it: Leafy salad greens, fresh fruits, vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, peppers, celery, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower and tomatoes and even raw nuts and seeds count as familiar foods.

But giving up cooked food eliminates a lot more that most people are quite attached to: Meat, poultry and fish, for sure, but also our beloved breads, familiar hot cereals and grain products (sprouts are OK), dairy and eggs in addition to traditionally cooked-before-consuming root vegetables like potatoes.

The PJ Phenomenon: Why Do All Pajama Bottoms End Up as High Waters?

We've known each other for almost a year now, so I'll go ahead and tell you that every night at 7 p.m. I put on my PJs. I'm fully aware that the airing of this information will point to the fact that I have no life. (Now you know.) But I do have babies--two of them! Anyway, I like to get comfy--and into jammies--right after dinner. It does wonders for my stress levels. But here's the thing I've been wondering for a long time: Why the heck do all pajama bottoms inevitably become high waters?

My 2 year old glanced at my PJ pants the other night, pointed to the bottoms, and said something like this (in toddler speak), "mama, you need to buy more jammies at the store."

The Best Health Advice I've Heard all Week--It's Simple, Funny and Totally Applicable

I don't know about you, but sometimes I find that it's the little bits of wisdom that really sink in and have meaning for me. I mean, you can read about the "12 best superfoods for women," or the "17 germiest places in the world," or the "9 best moves to do for a slim bod," but sometimes the stuff that really ends up being meaningful and habit-changing is the small stuff, like this little sentence I heard recently from a friend ...

My pal, Frances Largeman-Roth, R.D., author of the pregnancy nutrition guide Feed the Belly, sent out a little 12-word tweet recently that stuck with me (if you're on Twitter, you should follow her, and (blushing) me too!). Here's what she said:

Slim By Summer: This Tip Will Make You Re-Think How You Order at Restaurants

Ever since my cook-at-home challenge last month, I haven't been eating out much, which is good--I'm eating healthier! But, I still love restaurants (don't we all?) and next time I find myself giving a server my order, here's what I'm going to do...

We all know that there's usually a lot of oil that goes into restaurant cooking (here's why, explained by celeb chef Devin Alexander), but did you know that you can actually cut the calories of your meal in half--just by asking?

I recently chatted with Robin Stotter, director of culinary research and development for the restaurant chain P.F. Chang's. Robin told me about something that P.F. Chang's does for customers who are watching their weight, and it's pretty cool.
